 Capistrano Unified Council of PTSAs (CUCPTSA) is composed of PTA leaders from 53 CUSD schools. The Council meets monthly to provide training and support our units and to collaborate with other agencies. The mission of the CUCPTSA is to support and speak on behalf of all children and youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children; to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation. Our theme this year is "PTA... Connected for Kids". I encourage all of you reading this to join a PTA unit and show your support for all children attending schools in CUSD. By working together, we can have a significant positive impact on our children and community. Thank you to all of our dedicated members.
